职位描述(Job Descriptions)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Be responsible for the performance of Daktronics equipment in the Shanghai area. Manage and promote services to Daktronics customers including maintenance support as defined in the maintenance agreements,content and production.
2.Gain detailed technical knowledge of Daktronics displays and controllers.
3. Work on help desk to answer customer's technical calls.
4.Work in service center to repair Daktronics equipment at Shanghai.
5.Become familiar with customer base through regular, ongoing contact via in-person meetings,phone and e-mail.
6.Promote sales of additional services,equipment,and/or equipment upgrades to Daktronics customers.
7.Provide on-site technical service (maintenance)for all display and control equipment.
8.Be on-site and/or on-call during all scheduled events(for facilities that have purchased event support,including nights and weekends). 9.Appropriately document all services performed：Service logs, Work logs, Inventory and Shipping documents. 10.Develop a strong business relationship with customers and other personnel. 1
1.Installation support includes； 1
1.1 Effectively supervise and assist with field product installation. 1
1.2 Travel to installation sites in the China region by ground and/or air travel. 1
1.3 Provide on-site technical support,which may include terminating fiber,field repair, testing,troubleshooting,operator training,maintenance training, and coordination with subcontractors. 1
1.4 Communicates with project manager(s)on interactions with subcontractors,progress of project and accomplishment against installation plan. 1
1.5 May represent Daktronics at on-site installation meeting. 1
1.6 Will follow the procedures outlined in the Installation Supervisor's Guide and follow the appropriate documentation. 1
1.7 Other duties as needed to complete the installation. 1
2. Competently represent Daktronics to customers. Use good judgement and make good decision.Become knowledgeable of and follow company procedures. QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering Technology,Computer Engineering Technology.Other related technical degree with related experience.
2.Prefer two tears related technical experience that includes direct customer service.
3.Strong experience in repair center helpful.
4.Strong communication skills inculding verbal and written english.
5.Ability to travel via ground or air transportation.
6.Ability to travel to the United States and within China.
7.Valid drivers' licence helpful.
8.Able to work at height, work from a ladder and ability to carry ladder/tools/parts from vehicle to work site. 9.Available to work evenings and/or weekends to support facility event schedules 10.Must be responsible for daily and weekly work. 1
1.Must be self-motivated and organized in order to plan,execute,and document work. 1
2.Computer skills including WindowsNT/2000/XP.internet navigation,work processing and spreadsheets. 1
3.Good oral and written communications skills. Good negotiating skills. 要求：
