Job Description:
Physical Design for Memory Products: Fullcustom Layout for analog and digital circuits in High performance DRAMs
Floorplanning signal- and busplanning according to predefined specifications
Chipsize optimization
Area- and parasitic optimized layout
Assembly of BLKs and toplevel hierarchies including routing
Verification of circuits (DesignRuleCheck, Layout versus Schematic, Electrical rule check)
Generation of fill structures according to technology requirements
Optical simulations on technology driven circuits
Investigations on Electromigration and IR drop
Qualifications:
Either Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or Physics
Experience / Knowledge in Keywords:
Skills in Unix
Skills in CAD
Semiconductor technology background helpful
Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motivated teams
Good communication skills
High grade of flexibility
Highly motivated and engaged
Required Languages:
