职位描述：
Job Description:
Using our latest CMOS technologies available at Qimonda, we design DRAM memory products.
Area of responsibility within one of the following fields: data path, column path, row path or global control
Investigation of various circuit design concepts for block level implementation and selection of the best circuit design solution
Block level implementation and optimization for area, power, speed and robustness
Pattern development and circuit simulation at block, chip and system level for functional and timing verification
Supervision of the circuit related layout work at block and chip level
Support of the design characterization and analysis after silicon is available
Qualifications:
Either Bachelor, Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering,Microelectronics or Physics
Experience / Knowledge in Keywords:
Background regarding CMOS circuit design techniques
Cadence, circuit simulation, HSPICE, Verilog
Skills in Unix
Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motivated teams
Good communication skills
High grade of flexibility
Highly motivated and engaged
Required Languages:
English (Good)
Chinese (Good)
