职位描述: Principal Accountabilities:
1.Assist call center executive in management of temps in assigned show;
2.Interview candidates and choose the qualified ones for assigned show;
3.Brief telemarketers about show knowledge and telemarketing skills in the guidance of customer service executive;
4.To source, compile, qualify and maintain database of buyers/visitors of assigned show;
5.Ensure the professional execution of visitor/buyer program in accordance to deadlines and guidelines;
6.Prepare monthly progress report to call center executive on visitor invitation;
7.Meet the quantitative and qualitative targets on visitor/buyer of assigned show.
