Full Time
Engineering
1.To assist in new product introductions within the business
2.To assist in technical issues within the metals area
3.To develop process controls within the metals area.
4.To establish ongoing tooling suppliers in China.
5.To develop preventative maintenance schedules.
6.To develop and launch TPM program in the metals area
7.To assist with quality issues.
8.To participate in customer visits/audits as and when required
9.Assist in development of suppliers, supplier audits and corrective actions.
1.Bachelor degree above
2.Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
3.Experience in a metal working process such as sheet metal pressing, forging but preferable metals extrusion.
4.Experience in medium to large scale industry.
5.Experience in tooling design
6.Experience with die maintenance
7.Experience of introducing projects through APQP
8.Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines
9.Hands on approach
10.Self motivated
11.Must be able to speak both English and Chinese
