Engineering
1.To assist in new product introductions within the business
2.To assist in technical issues within the Assembly processes
3.To develop process controls within the Assembly area.
4.To establish ongoing tooling suppliers in China.
5.To develop preventative maintenance schedules.
6.To develop and launch TPM program in the Assembly area
7.To assist with quality issues.
8.To develop and improve Assembly processes
9.To establish World class process control techniques
1.Bachelor degree above
2.Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
3.Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
4.Experience in medium to large scale industry
5.Experience in tooling design
6.Experience microsoft project programs
7.Experience of introducing projects through APQP
8.Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines
9.Hands on approach
10.Self motivated
Must be able to speak both English and Chinese
