Urbon International Summary
Urbon International is a project consultant company of international and multiplex development that is engaged in planning, designing, implementation and the supervisory work about engineering project. Our business and professions include: National and regional development , urban master development strategic planning, urban planning, tourism development planning, industrial and technical garden planning, landscape planning, architectural design, civil engineering, intelligent system design ,project feasible study etc.

1.城市地产研究员（专职/兼职）--长期招聘
经济、MBA相关专业, 或建筑规划等相关设计专业,或非常了解房地产的人士.学士以上学历.
能带领小组进行城市地产调研,策划, 提交报告, 开拓市场.
公司提供目标市场和开拓计划.
您需要:
良好的与人沟通能力, 城市经济研究和地产开发研究的相关能力, 能短期出差.
欢迎高校各院相关人士作专职或者兼职的工作。
2.市场拓展经理（全职）—长期招聘
负责开拓公司的区域市场，公司将提供业务目标市场。主要做目标市场的调研工作和开拓业务。
全职要求
熟悉规划建筑景观等设计行业的相关人士，
有创业和开拓的精神，和甲方良好的沟通能力，能准确把握投资方的要求，向总部提交项目拓展报告和项目信息。

3.业务拓展助理兼行政秘书
建筑相关专业，25岁-35岁之间，形象气质佳.
工作认真负责，做事效率高，性格沉稳, 办事灵活.
具有一定的活动能力及工作敬业精神、吃苦耐劳精神.
英语六级以上，优秀的英语口语能力, 有设计公司的工作经历优先考虑.
