职位描述: Microsoft Product Partnership Team (PPT) is looking for a Operation Assistant. Your primary responsibilities include:
On site vendor operation support (including: vendor check in, check out and ongoing operation logistics)
Monthly vendor payment process & facility charge back support
Other assignments including Redmond visitor host, admin support, schedule logistics, etc.
Communicate and coordinate with Sigma team on outsourcing operations
Assist Operation Manager with outsourcing related tasks
Qualifications:
The candidate must be meticulous, with a great attention to details
Self starter, can work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to consistently demonstrate a positive and "can-do" attitude
Excellent communication skills, good spoken and written English
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor degree required. Previous operation logistics, assistant experience plus.
