SAP公司 招聘developer-JAVA 发信站: 饮水思源 (2006年12月21日14:54:50 星期四) PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES Since the introduction of R/3, SAP has been pursuing a service and support strategy.Today, as the market leader of ERP software, SAP has proven Service & Support processes in place to deliver high quality user support, safeguarding projects and operations and to act as trusted advisor in the large account segment, which is second to none in the industry. The service and support strategy of SAP has from the early days on worked toward a support model to connect all productive customer systems to SAP's support infrastructure, with the key objectives to successfully manage the overall customer relationship and ensure a successful deployment and operation of SAP solutions. This approach requires a comprehensive approach to customer and partner relationship management and reporting as well as a technical infrastructure that manages the aspects of software logistics throughout the entire solution lifecycle. Root cause analysis, enabled through embedded support functions into the products and complemented through analysis tools, is the infrastructure foundation for issue resolution. The SAP Solution Manager represents the foundation for the customer facing front-end of the support infrastructure. To meet the objectives of the service and support strategy, this foundation not only needs to be seamlessly integrated into the backend, but also allow for a flexible integration of root cause analysis components as well as customer driven functionality, such as FDA or Sarbanes-Oxley EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS The SAP solution manager support consultant / architect is part of a team that is responsible for the following tasks: - Requirements definition and consolidation of customer driven functionality. - Implementation of agreed customer requested extensions in SAP Solution Manager. - Content development and rollout of service portfolio enhancements based on the Solution Manager Service delivery platform. - Maintenance and development support for the implemented service and support related content. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Bachelor degree or above in computer science or comparable education - Interest in customer support oriented work - Know-how in object oriented programming paradigms and internet development experience needed - Know-how in Solution Manager usage and development is very helpful. - Know-how in JAVA, ABAP-OO, SAP Web AS, my SAP CRM Service 4.0, SAP NetWeaver 04 would be very helpful but is not mandatory - Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Good communication skills - Enjoy working in an international team - Enjoy working with customers, sometimes also onsite. - Project management skills would be helpful WORK EXPERIENCE 1-2 years JAVA developer experience WHAT WE OFFER Contract Type: Permanent Job Location: China, Shanghai If you are interested in this position, please name application email tile
