The former joint venture, DaimlerChrysler SIM Technology Co., Ltd. was founded
 in January, 2000 by DaimlerChrysler AG and was successfully active in researc
h, development and services in the field of automotive electronics and electro
nic packaging. From September, 2006, MBtech Group succeeded DaimlerChrysler AG
 as a shareholder in the joint venture company with an enlarged equity interes
t. 

The scope of MB SIM Tech. is to position leading engineering & consulting serv
ices locally to the potential and flourishing market of China. Based on the co

oint venture offers dedicated and market oriented engineering services for ele
ctronic solutions and consulting along the entire value creation chain with lo

Position 1:  Engineer for Automotive Electronics Road test 

Key responsibilities: 
·        Road test of automotive electronics according to customer specific r
equirement 
·        Report regularly to project manager 

Required skills & knowledge: 
·        Strong background of automotive technology with at least three years
 relative experience required 
·        Bachelor degree or above, with major in automotive, electronic or el
ectric engineering necessary 
·        Experience of the driving and maintenance of vehicles 
·        Experience of the operation of in vehicle electronic facilities 
·        Good condition for frequent evection 
·        Capable of independent work and high responsibilities 
·        Proficient in English spoken and written 
·        Team player and excellent interpersonal communication skills require

职位1：汽车电子路试工程师 
职责： 
·        根据客户特定的需求，进行车载电子设备的实车测试 
·        周期性地向项目经理汇报工作 

要求： 
·        有汽车技术方面良好的知识背景，三年以上相关项目经验 
·        汽车、电子或电气工程专业本科及以上学历 
·        有车辆驾驶和保养经验 
·        熟悉车载电子设备的使用 
·        身体素质良好，能经常出差 
·        有较强的独立工作能力和责任心 
·        良好的英语口头及书面表达能力 
·        有良好的团队合作精神及沟通技巧

Position 2: Engineer for Automotive Software Development and Testing 

Key responsibilities: 
·        Customer specific automotive application solutions 
·        Modeling and simulation of automotive powertrain 
·        Model based development and testing of software 
·        Report regularly to project manager 

Required skills & knowledge: 
·        Strong background of automotive technology, with at least two years 
relative experience 
·        Master degree or above, with major in automotive, electric/electroni
cs, or computer engineering necessary 
·        Experience with Matlab/Simulink required 
·        Experience with C/C++, VB, Java programming would be a plus 
·        Experience with simulation and development tools, e.g. dSPACE, LABCA
R, etc., would be a plus 
·        Proficient in English spoken and written 
·        Language skill in German would be a plus
