Job description:  

·Responsible for P&E payment , Maintain P&E system , P&E cycle count; monit
or and smooth P&E process  

·Perform basic analysis on P&E spending, actual vs budget  

·Handle internal / external audit ; SOX 404 review on P&E  

·Assist SH expansion project  such as  license update ; applying for tax ho
liday ;Handling project team ‘s payments 

·Support monthly closing such as booking Journal , reconciliation , prepari
ng report 

·Ad hoc projects as required    

Qualifications:  

·Fluent English    

·Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting.  Experience in audit firm will be a
dvantage  

·Good team work spirit  

·1-2 years related experience  

·Interpersonal skills and cross functional communication capability  

·Enthusiasm in learning new techniques, quick catch up  

·Solid computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP system like Oracle etc
