Assembléon Sales Department is to develop a sales strategy, ensuring
all opportunities are know and pursued in order to achieve the
Business target and meet the Customer expectations.
1. Intern -- Administrator:
Key responsibilities:
You will be trained both on-the-job and off-the-job about
administration, relevant functions and jobs within 1-2 months.
As CS administrator, your responsibilities include:
1.Provide administrative support to the Customer Support department
as required.
2.Maintain and facilitate departmental communications including
mail, faxes, and literature distribution.
3.Order, stock and distribute office supplies for Customer Support
department personnel via the MFG/Pro business system as requested
by C.S. Management.
4.Updates, initiates, and distributes all standard Customer Support
activity reports.
5.Review prior evenings “after hour” activity and assign follow-
up calls to appropriate Technical Support Specialist each business
day.
6.Provide other backup support as required.
Job Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualification: University students major
in English, Administration and related disciplines. (Grade 4 or
Grade 3 students)
Working Experience: NA
Expertise / Skills : Knowledge of PC-based software; Good English
in both oral and written
Personal Attributes: Customer oriented, Team work spirit, Good
communication and administration capability. Self motivated. Can
work under pressure.
Remarks: Intern 6-9 months, 4–5 days works
2. Intern -- Customer Support Engineer(4-6 months)
Key Responsibilities:
You will be the Talent Pool employee for Field Operation
Engineering position.
You will be trained both on-the-job and off-the-job about SMT
industry, relevant functions and jobs within 6-9 months.
You will be selected to different jobs in China after the
training, such as locate at Shanghai, Suzhou, Kunshan and
Shenzhen, etc.
You will be assigned to technical positions (will be assessed
according to your performance during training period and your
personal aspirations).
Job Specification:
Academic / Professional Qualification: University students major
in Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing and related disciplines.
(Grade 4 or Grade 3 students)
Working Experience: NA
Expertise / Skills : Energetic, team playing, good communication
skills and good interpersonal skills and Good command of English.
Personal Attributes: Willing to learn, discipline
Remarks: Intern 6-9 months, 4–5 days works, on-site support and
shift duty required
