We are looking for a talented entry level EE to contribute to following areas:
1. Analyze system and components of products, printed circuit boards; design, develop and improve processes and components.
2. Participate actively in new product introduction. Supports and implements the transition of products and manufacturing processes from investigation to full production.
3. Enable global product project. Set up manufacturing process and manage updates with sufficient documentation.
4. Provide strong production support. Use 6-sigma and lean concepts to improve productivity of existing processes, tooling, product reliability and quality.
Musts:
* Holds a master degree in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent.
* Educational and practical experience in hardware & software designs.
* Experience in designing layout for analog and digital boards, understanding of PCA schematics.
* Strong analytical problem solving skills.
* Demonstrates effectiveness with interpersonal skills and interfacing with local and global teams.
* Willing to ask questions, learn new skills and be an active learner.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
* High initiative, self motivated.
Wants:
* Demonstrated proficiency of programming with VEE, VB and C.
* Programming experience on embedded real-time operating systems (RTOS)*
* Knowledge of EMC and implication.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and project planning capability
