We are looking for a talented entry level ME to contribute to following areas:
1. Analyze system and components of products, design, develop and improve processes and components.
2. Participate actively in new product introduction. Supports and implements the transition of products and manufacturing processes from investigation to full production.
3. Enable global product project. Set up manufacturing process and manage updates with sufficient documentation.
4. Provide strong production support. Use 6-sigma and lean concepts to improve productivity of existing processes, tooling, product reliability and quality.
* Holds a master degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
* Solid mechanical engineering knowledge including design, analysis and application abilities on mechanics, mechanism, geometry and tolerance, GR&R, engineering material, etc.
* Capable of using AutoCAD, Pro/E and/or other design software.
* Strong analytical problem solving skills.
* Demonstrates effectiveness with interpersonal skills and interfacing with local and global teams.
* Willing to ask questions, learn new skills and be an active learner.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
* High initiative, self motivated.
Wants:
* Experience in tooling/fixturing design and development.
* Good understanding of statistical process control and skillful in data analysis with statistics.
* Lean manufacturing concept and six sigma tools.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and project planning capability.
