Description:
Define or validate the process and optimize the process/product choice with the product engineer in the quotation and development phase
Participate or pilot process FMEAs
Ensure standard process architect tools are applied within each programs (at China level or in JVs)
Lead the technical process choices
Lead to standard processes and standard equipment focusing in reuse of actual assets
Ensure coherent quotation within different programs
Use the support of the process experts to insure technical choice are feasible and cost effective
Ensure process development planning are achieved
Challenge the process/launch engineers within JVs in QCD achievements
Ensure all principals of HSE, QSE, PSE, Hoschin are applied within all programs
Collect lesson learning from all programs in order to improve efficiency and results in future program and share this experience between JVs
Participate to the gate review of China program and/or big JV programs and insure process engineer deliverables are on line with the work packages
Challenge investment choice within the CCT workshops and validate them with the team
Validate technical specification for any specific equipment and tooling that has to be in accordance with the development choice and the Faurecia principles
Lead or participate and validate choice in Make or Buy analysis
Follow the launches in each JVs ensuring those launches achieve the project targets and follow Run at Rates
Qualifications:
Project leader: no project leading, but strong commitment on deliverables within the team
Ability to animate the ME network and to impose technical solutions within ESPG standards
Synthesis capability: analyze data, choose between several solutions, find the compromise between all functions Knowledge of processes and equipments: basic knowledge of equipment functionalities and limits
Knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, capabilities, etc...
