职位描述/要求：

Department/Unit : Marketing & Sales
Location : Shanghai, China
Report to : M&S Mgr. China.

Key areas of accountability:
· Technical presentations to customers of all APM China products. (CD, DVD-Video, ROM, CSS)
· Technical advice to customers and to account mgt. for all APM China products, also during the quotation phase
· Give technical help to the customer during Design-in phase of the APM China products
· Benchmark APM products versus customer requirements on a regular scale and inform the benchmark team in the HQ of the findings
· Prepare, Execute and report application FMEA's for customers products
· Execute application checks related to all APM China products
· Maintenance of the application checklist
· Generate the customer product specification for all APM China products
· Generate the customer interface specification for all APM China products
· Prepare, Execute and maintain application notes for all APM China products
· Check SW changes of all APM China products and the influence these have on the customers application designs
· Generates the specific sample contend sheets on instrcutions from the project leader(s)
· Development and production of specific local Application equipment, hardware and software

Others:
· Act as the overall interface (spokes person) in all technical product matters between local China customers and the Business Line APM.
· Jobholder is fluent in English and Mandarin.
· Jobholder will act as team member in the related account teams and is responsible for the customer account(s) design-in activities. The KAM, FAE and RQE are the basic customer support team.
