Job Summary:
•Network/Security/Hardware management and maintenance
•IT infrastructure maintenance
•PC and productivity(MS Office or others) software installation, troubleshoot and support
•User support on daily application
•Other application support(ERP/MES) as backup of application analyst

Job Summary:
•公司IT相关的硬件、网络维护；
•公司服务器(包括Windows 2000文件服务器/数据库服务器/域控制器及其它)维护；
•用户PC维护和支持，包括安装、升级、软硬件故障处理、设备管理和病毒安全防护；
•用户日常使用中的支持，如MS Office套装软件等；
•用户ERP/MES软件安装和使用支持；
