职位描述：
Location: Huadu District
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for establishing machine operating standard, Labor standards, manufacturing allowance rate for all production machines and lines.
2. Provides the standard capacity for planning and the actual capacity for Production Manager and works closely with production management to achieve maximum utilization of equipment, materials and labor so that low cost operation is realized.
3. New process/product qualification to meet with volume requirement.
4. Implement product and process improvements to lower cost of quality and increase productivity.
5. Prepare manufacturing process related documents.
Qualifications:
1. Master degree, major in Mechanics or relate disciplines.
2. Strong Statistical background & analysis skills.
3. Independent and able to work under pressure.
