职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:
1.in charge of all orders of color & quality & testing matters
SCOPE OF WORK:
1.Review color & quality of FOB order such as lab dip, strike off, development sample, pp sample, shipment sample, dye lot, lot shades from Material suppliers and then issue comment sheet and send to Material merchandisers for approval / reference.
2.Review color of tight & Accessories order and then issue comment sheet and send to merchandisers for approval / reference.
3.Quality approval including fabric weight, fabric width, appearance, handfeel, face & back brush.
4.Approved special order under Datacolor Spectrophotometer and all samples under GretagMacbeth lightbox based on correct light source, and send the qtx files (data color report) or comment sheet to relative merchandisers for reference.
5.Color matched from different kind of samples that for one set garment.
6.Preview color & quality of all FOB samples before send to buyer final approval.
7.Handling all testing & rush testing reports from lab.
8.Discuss testing, cost quotation, testing method with Merchandisers & the lab.
9.Discuss with the lab about customer's standard & requirement.
10.Review inspection report & handle about the inspection problem.
11.Communication with QC, supplier for any fabric defect issue is involved.
12.Build up clear hanger / library for color coordination & quality hanger for FOB order & tight order.
13.If needed, discuss w/factory about occuring problems, and help factory to solve the problems.
