Customer Services Clerk (Located in Shanghai)
General Summary Statement
Responsible for the timely administration of FAFC's retail portfolio and general administration of all associated activities.

Key Duties
-Processing of all retail customer payments.
-Reconciliation of bank accounts
-Follow-up on early delinquent customers and system maintenance.
-Preparation and administration of all contract maintenance, including all supporting documentation.
-Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, both retail customers and dealers.
-Assist in the preparation and update of Procedures and desktop manuals.
-Working closely with other departments in FAFC and communicate any systems issues that occur in CFOCUS.
-Prepare and provide daily / monthly metrics as required, and support the achievement of KPI's within the Consumer Service department.
-Process data in the CFOCUS system in accurate and efficient manner to ensure the job quality and data integrity.
-Maintain a good record and filing system to ensure dealer's and customer's data and contracts are under well maintenance and custody.

Requirements:
-University graduate with Business or Banking major preferred.
-Strong, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill with customers and good follow-up skills.
-Strong service mindset.
-Strong inter-personal skills / good team player.
-Good computer skills.
-Good organizational and administration skills.
-Good written and verbal English language skills
