职位描述: Mercer Human Resource Consulting Health & Benefits (Mercer H&B) Administration Team is the very first team in Mercer China to assume Benefit outsourcing and administration business.
In general, Mercer H&B provides services to assist clients in all areas of health and benefits in China, and Benefit Administration Team provides benefit implementation and on going administration service to clients. Benefit implementation is the project of building the whole client-specific benefit structure into Mercer Benefits Asia system before on going administration service begins. Administration service mainly involves inquiry / helpdesk service via hotline and email, life event administration, and claim adjudication service. Besides, with technical support from BASD team, we provide online enrolment and claim services, employee account balance checking, and periodical HR reports.
Since the start of this business, we have been gaining large multi-national companies as clients while the business is still rapidly developing, from which the huge potential of benefit administration business in China market is being seen. Description:
-Responsible for updating client employee data and providing orientation materials to new client employees
-Liaise with clients directly regarding employee life event updates
-Responsible for providing input and support on new client implementations as an experienced claims administer
-Identify opportunities for processing efficiencies and improvements through process improvements and system enhancements
-Prepare utilization and ad-hoc reports for clients.
-Ensure all client documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible
-Provide necessary instruction and additional support to Enquiry Administration team
-Provide additional support to Claims Administration team
-Fulfill any other projects and assignments as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
-Degree/Diploma: at least Bachelor's Degree (with Business or Information System Major is a plus)
-Strong English skill ( at least with the certification of College English Test Band Six or other English certifications)
-A multiple tasks player
-Solid Quantitative skills
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and technology
-Strong Customer Service Orientation and communication skill
-A quick learner, detail-orientated, meticulous, entrepreneurial, hard working and able to work with limited supervision
