Mercer Human Resource Consulting Health & Benefits (Mercer H&B) Administration Team is the very first team in Mercer China to assume Benefit outsourcing and administration business.
In general, Mercer H&B provides services to assist clients in all areas of health and benefits in China, and Benefit Administration Team provides benefit implementation and on going administration service to clients. Benefit implementation is the project of building the whole client-specific benefit structure into Mercer Benefits Asia system before on going administration service begins. Administration service mainly involves inquiry / helpdesk service via hotline and email, life event administration, and claim adjudication service. Besides, with technical support from BASD team, we provide online enrolment and claim services, employee account balance checking, and periodical HR reports.
Since the start of this business, we have been gaining large multi-national companies as clients while the business is still rapidly developing, from which the huge potential of benefit administration business in China market is being seen. We are targeting on larger market share, through higher service level and more and more expertise. We expect your participation and will give full play to your initiative and professionalism.
Description:
-Provide claims analysis as and when necessary for our clients
-Responsible for supporting ad-hoc client requests and management of renewals
-Responsible for providing input and support on new client implementations as an experience claim administrator
-Identify opportunities for processing efficiencies and improvements through process improvements and system enhancements
-Ensure all client documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible
Requirements:
-Degree/Diploma: College Degree (with Business Majors is a plus)
-Strong English skill ( with the certification of College English Test Band Six or other English certifications)
-Strong analytical skill.
-Detailed orientation.
-Multiple tasks player.
-Accountant, Financial Analyst, or Medical Claim working experience is a plus.
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and technology
-Strong customer service orientation
-Comfortable training and/or delivering employee communication sessions
-A quick learner, meticulous, entrepreneurial, hard working and able to work with limited supervision
