The Team Assistant provides a variety of administrative and secretarial support services to the projects group.
Requirements:
Basic English and Chinese interpretation and translation.
Experiences with preparing meeting minutes, handling correspondences and documents including document transmitting records.
Experiences in arranging department meetings, ability to complete multi tasks in daily activities.
Experiences in handling confidential information, a strong team player.

Guangdong Dapeng LNG Co. Ltd, with total capital investment of 7.62 billion RMB, is responsible for the pilot Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) import project in China. In Phase I, we deliver and operate a receiving terminal in Shenzhen which offtakes LNG of 3.7mtpa and a trunkline which runs as long as 385 kilometers over the Pearl River Delta.
GDLNG Terminal & Trunkline Project is one of the State Pilot Projects and also one of the Guangdong Top 10 Key Projects. 11 multiple international and domestic companies team up for this great green project, including China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), BP, Shenzhen Gas Corporation Ltd, etc.
