职位描述: Responsibilities:
- Provide full time desktop support for end user, including the troubleshooting of MS office, lotus notes, printers, network etc
- Maintain the asset database by following the asset management process
- Communicate with the local IT for customer need
Requirements:
- College diploma holder
- Strong skill on Windows XP, MS Office, Outlook Express, cc-email system
- Strong customer service mindset
- Strong ownership and followup
- Strong technical attitude and desire to learn
- Fluent English is preferred
- IT helpdesk technical support experience preferred
