Linux Software Engineer, IBM Regular

IBM China Systems&Technology Lab in Shanghai ZhangJiang High Tech Park

Job Responsibilities:
Working together with US team to port and then execute Performance Benchmarks 
characterizing
various aspects of the new Cell processor technology. The working content incl
udes:
Discuss and confirm the requirements from key stakeholders and architect team.

Study, review and contribute to the system design of overall system and compon
ents.
Compose detail design of components, review the design with US teams and get a
pproval from architect team.
Implement component features, including code, unit test, and integration.
Test components and overall system

Job Requirements (skills/experiences) 
System programming in C and Linux
Knowledge on computer processor micro-architecture.

Other requirements
Smart, quick-learner and strong problem analyzing skills.
Good command of English.
Excellent team player, and the ability to work closely with the team is a must
.
1+ years relevant working experience.
The knowledge on performance benchmarking is a plus.
The knowledge on IBM Cell processor technology is a plus.
