Job Responsibilities
Has overall responsibility for reports process flows, co-ordination of localized procedures and work instructions.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Having a comprehensive understanding of reporting procedures and processes, and being able to apply that understanding to team's operations.
Co-operating the development of localized SO documentation required to support the reporting functions.
Proficiency in understanding and operating reporting sufficiently to be able to provide advice and counsel.
Follow standard escalation procedures where procedure issues cannot be resolved

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
The following skills and experience are required:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skillsFluency in Cantonese communication.
Excellent skills in Excel processing and MS office (eg. MS Word & Excel)
Ability to follow work instructions and execute with consistency
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task
Strong analytical skills
Eye for details
Strong time management skill
Good spirit in Teamwork.
