职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Managing the team in operation, process, staff, internal and external communication(for Manager role)
Computer simulation of use and abuse of newly developed products
Optimum experience of product engineering (structural design)
Optimize the use, type and amount of plastic materials
Working with PD and QA Engineers to identify potential design issues and provide innovative solutions
Preferred Qualification:
Master Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering (for Manager role)
Must possess knowledge and industry experience in using Finite Element Analysis for design simulation
Knowledge and experience in CAD and mechanical design with plastics is preferable
Understanding of mechanical properties of plastic materials
Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
