Key Responsibilities:
1.Managing existing clients and new business development
2.Conduct effective candidate searches
3.Interview, assess and manage the candidates
4.Create and build ongoing relationships with clients and candidates alike
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
1.Proven experience in executing recruitment assignments from beginning to end
2.Client focus and willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4.Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
5.Strong business ethics and loyalty
