职位描述: Takes responsible to set up project administrative standard and to organize resources accomplishing administrative tasks at different stage throughout China projects:
Major responsibilities:
a)secure facility, working tools, supporting resources at work places:
Communication Facilities:
-Secure an information board at work places
-a down-count signboard for co-workers easy visualization
Safety &Security Issues
-provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) of cap/shoes/masks/gloves for safety and security purpose and secure individual's compliance.
-handle emergency cases
Caring Working Environment
-arrange shuttle bus for co-workers easily getting to the work place (if necessary)
-support project HR Manager for on-site warm and comfortable resting area for co-workers
-provide healthy/optional menu to satisfying the diverse needs for unch and tea break
-provide facilities/resources to satisfy basic physiological needs: drinking water, toilets location
Attendance Management
-support the Project HR Manager to conduct the attendance management routines and communicate it to every co-worker making sure the discipline
-support to secure timely payroll payment and reimbursement for the project supporters
Work& Life Balance
-support to provide convenient accommodation and other living facilities to the project supporters; make sure their easy work and life in the new city
-Organize co-worker activities and provide local tourism information to supporters.
b)other administrative responsibilities:
-Travel Services: air tickets arrangement, hotel accommodation, etc.
-Local Admin support for both local and overseas supporters.
-Organize meeting facilities and set ups.
c)individual project support
-Follow up and implement specific project HR requirement
-To act as Shanghai local project HR coordinator if any.
d)overall project coordinator coach
-Provide consultancy information and performance coach activities to specific project HR coordinators.
Competence requirements:
Knowledge
Relevant HR policies understanding.
Administrative Management methodology
A strong understanding of the IKEA Concept and an ambassador of the IKEA Culture & Values
