职位描述(Job Descriptions)
Sales Manager-After Market
Goal of function
- Achieve and exceed the sales target
- Execute the division directives to implement the long term and short term strategy plan to the auto after market
- Be responsible to market competition feedback and analysis as well as the voice of customer & voice of market collection
- Develop & manage the distribution channel under division guideline
- Visit the distributors / dealers as well as workshops frequently to get the orders and customer voice from all levels
- Collect the credit / overdue on the timely basis as needed
- Initiate the local sales activities to implement the total sales strategy (ex. seminars, dealer training meetings, etc)
Reporting structure & communication partners (internal/external)
-Direct report to IAM business segment manager currently taken
-Regular communication partners including managers of APAC team in Singapore and managers in Shanghai, sales operation in legal entities, as well as the close business contact with distributors / dealers and independent workshop in auto after market industry.
Responsibilities / Tasks
-Achieve and exceed the sales target
-Proper management of the distribution channels and the new distribution channel set-up under the directive of the division strategy.
-Close communication and frequent visit to the customer side to get the VOC & VOM as well as feedback & initial analysis reporting to the up level managers
-Implement the division key sales and marketing programs, and keep frequent communication with legal entity to make sure the customer order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Techniques
-English skills in writing & speaking
-Knowledge of the auto engineering
-Logic sense
-Coordination skills (communication skills)
Professional Experience
- 2 years of auto after market business related, mostly preferred with the spare parts market experience
- Proven experience of the distributor management is the must.
- Proven discipline of the execution
Project-Experience
-Ability to handle multiple deadlines, creative thinking and exceptional communication capabilities
Intercultural Experiences
-Working experience with a foreign company would be desirable
