A famous foreign company need:
WT Sales Manager
Organization: I&S Water Technologies
Location: Guangzhou
Business Area: Dealer Sales
Function Area: Sales
Goals/Mission: Achieve bookings and gross margin targets for chemical feed and distribution sales of Wallace & Tiernan, Stranco and Elcat products and systems, through dealer network across the territory.
Tasks:
- Identify and develop appropriate dealers throughout the territory for the products.
- Develop and implement geographical coverage plan, including the potential to add additional products to the dealer network
- Support and management of dealers in the territory, to ensure that each meets their respective bookings targets.
- Identify market opportunities and work with Dealer Section Manager and WT HQ to develop appropriate product offerings and technologies to address those needs.
- Interface with dealers to support Design Institutes in the territory to promote the products
- Develop a thorough technical knowledge of the technologies and products.
- Coordinate with Application Engineering, as required, to support the sales process.
- Prepare and provide technical presentations.
- Present and discuss offerings to Design Institutes, with the dealers and Application Engineering support, as required.
- Aggressively support the dealer channel
- Provide monthly reports on bookings, gross margin, forecast, pending opportunities, sales leads, etc.
Reports to: Dealer Section Manager directly with indirect to the local Regional Sales Manager.
Education:- BS degree in chemistry, environmental or chemical engineering or equivalent.
Job Language: Chinese
Knowledge/Languages:- Good English
Experience:- Minimum of 3 years experience in the water or wastewater field. Dealer management experience preferred.
Capabilities:
- Must be a highly-motivated, self starter.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Must be capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to plan required.
- Ability to organize required.
- Ability to motivate others required.
- Computer skills required (Word, Excel, etc.)
- PLC and Basic programming skills preferred. (Not required)
