一著名美资咨询公司需以下职位 Senior Consultant （资深顾问） Job Description: -Deliver insightful industry specific HR whitepaper -Initiate new HR information solution and product enhancement -Involve in business development deeply -Lead the value added information consulting projects -Coach and develop team members Requirements: -Minimum of six years' experience in business development and project management in HR consulting specializing in rewards -BA/BS degree in Human Resources or relevant majors. -Must be a team player with strong client-focus -Strong business drive -Strong technical skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint -Strong proposal preparation skills -Ability to consult to senior individuals within client/prospect organizations -Demonstrated expertise in specific market segments. -Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese or Japanese.
