We are a team in the Advanced Technology Center building rich web client/server solutions by adopting the hottest AJAX technology. ATC in Beijing is teaming up with Live Communications Server team in Redmond to build the next generation real-time messaging server product for the enterprise, transforming the way Information Workers communicate. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a potentially billion-dollar business, help drive industry leadership & vision for Instant Messaging, Conferencing, and Telephony, and at the same time drive solid execution by delving deep into Server technology.
We are looking for developers (Software Design Engineer) who can help to build next release of the web instant messaging solution currently deployed in numerous large enterprises throughout the world. You will be responsible for designing and implementing exciting features of this cool product, and working as a core team member.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you should have solid computer science background, solid design skills, strong coding skills, and especially strong in C++. And you should have in-depth understanding of Win32 application development. AD, WMI, MSI, MMC and setup related experience on complicated applications is a big plus. javascript, DHTML, Web service, and AJAX related experience is a big plus. You should have strong learning ability, strong problem solving ability, insight into product design, creativity, and a track record of high performance as well as being a cooperative team member. A BS or MS in Computer science or equivalent is required.
