IT Control Specialist /Senior IT Control Specialist
(8 Positions)
Internal Audit & Compliance department is seeking highly motivated individual 
at the Specialist / Senior Specialist level, reporting to the Associate IT Aud
it Director.  

Requirements:
l	1-2 yrs (2-4 yrs for Senior position) IT Audit or Internal Auditing experien
ce;
l	Audit experience with UNIX and Windows environments is required;
l	An in depth appreciation of internal controls and processes is essential;
l	Bachelor with concentration in Computer Science, Business and/or Finance;
l	CISA / CISSP certification is preferred;
l	IT operations / Security / IT project management experience is preferred;
l	In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, network, database, and/or busin
ess applications;
l	Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills are a must;
l	Self-starter who thrives in a fluid and dynamic environment which changes ve
ry rapidly
l	Approx. 50% Travel required
l	Fluent in English and Mandarin

Description:
The primary focus for this position is to document and perform testing for Sar
banes Oxley Act 2002 project including but not limited to the following:
l	Consult on application security and controls for existing systems, applicati
ons and development efforts arise.
l	Perform IS general controls reviews, and provide technical assistance to the
 audit team on financial and operational audits.
l	After initial year of SOX Compliance, this project will also be responsible 
for the following: 
l	Preparing complex audit reports using advanced writing skills
l	Participate as needed in Internal Control Due Diligence assessments
l	Work closely with the Company's external auditors in completing the annual a
udit process
l	Stay abreast of best practices both internally and externally and provide a 
channel for introducing those practices to related business groups
l	The senior specialist position will also involve in quality control and chec
king of peer documentations. 

Headhunting Consultant (4 Positions)

Requirements:
l	Positive and Desire to win
l	Must be persuasive, determined, Passionate and highly self-motivated
l	Commercially minded candidates who want to develop a long- term Consultant c
areer
l	Fluent in oral English and possess great communication skills
l	Hard working and able to work effectively in a team
l	Graduates or graduate level, fresh graduates are welcomed
l	1 Years relevant telephone sales experience in companies of corporate promot
ion products is preferred

Your role:
l	Speak to the decision makers of Fortune 1000 companies such as  Coca-Cola, M
icrosoft and Cisco System , dealing primarily with Asia.
l	Work multi-functional to independently fulfill whole cycle over the phone
l	Oversee all aspects of pre-contact research activities such as industrial in
vestigation, leads generation, project briefing.
