Job description:
Software Engineers to participate in a number of different areas in software d
esign, development, testing and validating for Development tools in Linux and 
Windows targeting the MSA architecture.

Considering RCG to experienced candidate that must have strong programming and
 debugging skills, experienced in C and Java language, and a decent knowledge 
on DSP tool chain. Also requires strong communication skills, self motivation,
 and the ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities include all p
hases of development including planning, design, implementation, test, qualifi
cation, and release. 

You will work as part of a global team to deliver world-class solutions.  

Skills required:
-          Bachelor or MS degree or above in Computer science or related major

-          Strong skills on general JAVA programming, including but not limite
d to: generics, thread, network, NIO
-          Strong knowledge on JDK 1.5 or above is a must
-          Strong knowledge on JAVA GUI design/implementing using SWING or SWT

-          Experience on writing plug-in for eclipse is a plus
-          Experience on automatically GUI testing is a plus
-          Moderate to strong level on C/C++ programming language is a plus
-          Moderate to strong knowledge on DSP tool chain is a plus
-          Good written & spoken English.

Responsibilities: you will research, design, test, implement and maintain soft
ware systems to meet client or employer needs.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
- Researching, designing, writing and testing new software programs
- Developing existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modificat
ion
- Maintaining systems by monitoring, identifying and correcting software defec
ts
- Investigating new technologies
- Creating technical specifications and test plans
- Writing operational documentation with technical authors
- Working closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists,
 systems analysts
- Consulting clients/colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of 
software systems and asking questions to obtain information clarify details an
d implement information
- Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, t
o meet the needs of the project
- Assist integrated software testing, configure software environment, and depl
oy of software application.
