Experience: 7+ years of IT and program development
Skills:  C/C++, Unix/Linux, MySQL, network applications & services,    RADUIS,
 billing and provisioning processes

We are a new company focused on billing and provisioning of data services.  We
 work with telecom, retail partners and consumers in the fast-paced environmen
t of Internet services.  You will have at least 7 years programming experience
 in open source environments, and be comfortable working with both internal de
velopers and external partners.  You will also be familiar with telecom billin
g and provisioning platforms, and network application and services.  As the Te
chnology Director, you will lead a small team of programmers and QA resources.
  Fluent English and  Mandarin is essential.
