职位描述/要求:
Reporting into: HR Head Location: Summary: An entry level position to start with routine HR work, and be trained up to a qualified HR professional, able to independently take care of operational HR. Major Activities / Functions: HR operations support, mainly on recruitment ? HR programmes / projects support, mainly on recruitment and selection, including job postings, CV screening, interview arrangements, interviews etc., and may support other operations and HR administration; ? Provide services to individual employees, e.g. employee individual inquiries on personal data; Employment / termination administration ? Work with local employment agency, e.g. FESCO on new hires pre-onboard arrangements; ? Work with Nordex internal depts. on new hires pre-onboard arrangements, e.g. email account application, work station, telephone etc; ? Facilitate new employee on-boarding / check-in; ? Work with employment agency and internal depts on employee exit / check-out; HR data administration/ maintenance ? Personnel filing, both in hard copies and e-versions; ? HR data tracking and updating e.g. employees probation, leave administration, monthly staff movement reporting. Other tasks as assigned. Knowledge, Experience & Competency: ? University degree major in HR; ? Highly motivated with good learning abilities; ? Pleasant personality and a team player, with good communication skills; 联系方式:
