ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Responsibilities :

Drive Service Design, CTQs and CTQ Flowdown, Service Data Sheets & Service System Level Requirements
Drives and Catches Voice-of-the-Customer for Service Operations, Remote Operations Centers and Support, Service and Operator Information
Drives Field Deployment Readiness In The Specifications, Design and Documentation (Training, Install, FRUs, and Warranty Targets)
Owns Validation of the Service Design, Internal and External Validation, Feedback Processes and Results, and Service Documentation
Co-Owns Global Service Readiness with Lead Service Integrator

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:

Bachelor of Biomedical engineering, and Automation, System Engineering, Master is desired
One or more of following experiences are desired.
3 + years product development experience, preferably in system integration.
Design experience in simulator / or Virtual reality based navigation systems.
Reliability engineering
Strong ownership and soundboard of product reliability and serviceability.
Technology passion with also project driving interest.
Good Communications with proficient written and spoken English.
Team player, and self-starter character in global environment.
