职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Perform Mainframe System Operations functions on zOS systems.
-Ensure Delivery meets Service Level Agreements.
-Monitor Event Management Consoles. (Solve Operations)
-Perform System interrogation via Console Commands.
-Perform Event Problem Investigation & determination.
-Perform prompt problem resolution and/or escalation.
-Implement Change requests as required.
-Record Problem and Change activity accurately.
-Liaise with relevant Support Teams
Requirements:
- B.S degree or above in computer science or relevant
- CET 4 or above, good English communication
