Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective batch throughput to prevent any adverse impacts to service levels
- Ensure corrective action taken to provide service availability & functionality.
- Support the practices & procedures of the technical & client accreditation framework Performance Measures:
- No adverse impact to service levels
- Technical certification & client accreditation achieved
- Outage report
Requirements:
- B.S degree or above in computer science or relevant
- CET 4 or above, good English communication
