职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Monitor functional signons & respond to requests in a timely manner.
-Provide first line Production Services support to Operations for batch enquiries. This may include on-call coverage where after hours support coverage is required
-Liaise with other Command Centre support & Service Delivery groups.
-Review all overnight problems which have affected SLA or had potential to impact SLA
-Ensure problem and change records guideline are followed
Requirements:
- B.S degree or above in computer science or relevant
- CET 4 or above, good English communication
