Code of conduct assurance auditor 
Electrolux is a global leader in home appliances and appliances for 
professional use, selling more than 40 million products to customers in 150 
countries every year. Electrolux is increasingly sourcing products and 
components from countries spanning the globe; from Asia, Eastern Europe to 
Latin America. We are currently seeking two auditors in China to help us 
ensure that Group suppliers meet Electrolux environmental and social 
standards, stated in our Code of conduct. See more on

Responsibilities 
    o Support our purchasing team with your expertise knowledge. 
    o Conduct code of conduct audits on site at our suppliers. 
    o Perform risk assessments and research of supplier's code of conduct 
historical records from secondary sources 
    o Support our suppliers in development activities. 
    o Report to the team leader of our code of conduct compliance team. 

Requirements 
    o Bachelor degree from university (preferable in legal, finance, 
engineering or environmental studies) 
    o Knowledge in supply chain management and auditing. 
    o Understanding of Chinese labor, health and safety, and environmental 
laws. 
    o Knowledge of the field of Corporate Social responsibility (CSR). 
    o Good language and communication skills (Mandarin and English). 
    o High level of personal and professional integrity and 
trustworthiness. 

The position is full time, based in Shanghai and will require frequent 
domestic travel in China.
