Job/Task Description 1 Assist the Global Organization Blueprint Manager to: 
?Develop and maintain the blueprint organization for the InBev Zones and 
Corporate organization  
Job/Task Description 2 ?Follow up the compliance and implementation of 
organization design projects in the Zones and Corporate  
Job/Task Description 3 ?Assist in the development of sizing tools for the 
different functions at global level, Calibrate the tool with VP People and 
roll them out in all zones  
Job/Task Description 4 ?Conduct ad hoc analysis requested by Chief Officers 
of every function, regarding “micro-design”, definition of roles & 
responsibilities;  
Job/Task Description 5  ?Define best practice processes, organization 
design, reporting etc. for Organization Blueprint management and change 
requests  
Job/Task Description 6  Assist the GHQ Planning and Performance Manager and 
People team Corporate Centre to:  
Job/Task Description 7  ?Setting up and managing the GHQ people related 
processes and developing management reports, monitor the performance of the 
GHQ people organization and recommend corrective actions when needed 
Job/Task Description 8  ?Coordinate the budget process for the people 
package at GHQ level.

work in a people change management project of dimension and depth rarely 
seen in the market ?To learn the InBev structure from a global perspective, 
seeing the impact and scale that the initiatives have through the different 
zones and regions ?To learn about and work on the InBev people processes
