职位描述：
-Develop Tellabs 1150 Element Management System (EMS) applications with responsibility to ensure consistent implementations and problem resolutions.
-Develop applications on Element Management System (EMS) to interface with Operations Support System (OSS).
-Job expectations also include requirements analysis and breakdown to high level designs, writing detailed design documentation, and developing code in Java.
Requirements:
-Must have working knowledge of UML and be proficient in Java programming.
-Candidates with experience in TL1 development are preferred.
-GUI design and implementation using Java Swing.
Oracle 9i/10g, SQL, JDBC.
-Family with clearcase and clearquest
-Candidates should also have experience or knowledge in many of the following areas: TMN knowledge including Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security (FCAPS) ,relational database design, PL/SQL, networking protocols (TCP/IP), CORBA, distributed architectures, multi-threaded programming, Windows and UNIX operating systems.
