-College degree or above (Trade, Admin, English major / background is preferred.)
-Graduating staudent or1 year relevant customer service or sales admin experience (Working experience in semiconductor industry is preferred.)
-Excellent written & spoken English
-Basic Trading Knowledge
-Knowledge/experience of using computer systems related to trading, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Exceptionally friendly disposition with high awareness to service others
-Ability to work with deadlines & under pressure
-Ability to handle complex detail-oriented and repetitive work
-Keen sense of urgency to resolve problems/issues
