职位描述: Responsibilities and requirements:
Create regularly program reports on the Program status, including Operation Score card, Head Count Score card, Finance report etc.
Act as Program office to coordinate with both A/NZ and China team across competency, business operation, finance team, A/NZ GWO office.
Arrange meeting according to program requirement, document and distribute meeting minutes properly
Maintain ITD China GDC A/NZ GWO team room, keep the data up to date and document information properly and timely
Look after logistic of program
Preferred Degree/Diplomas would include Information Technology; Engineering or Science ; Business Management
