Job Responsibilities:
1. Installation, configuration and maintenance of DB2 systems software and product tools.
2. Ensuring DB2 subsystems are compliant to GSD331/ITCS104 security standards.
3. Investigating system software problems, identify and apply recommended fixes.
4. Implementation and maintenance of DB2 monitoring tools and procedures.
Job Requirements:
1.Excellent command of Japanese, JLPT Level 1 certification or other equal level certification. Japan or Japanese company working experience is required. English skill (at least CET4) is preferred..
2.Abundant experience with DFDSS, DFSORT, VVDS, IDCAMS, JCL, JES2, VSAM, ISPF, z/OS.
3.Experience with DB2 Version 6/7 (or 8) installation and administration.
4.Basic knowledge of Java and distributed data connectivity.
5.Basic knowledge of DB2 stored procedures.
6.Basic knowledge of SQL usage.
7.Strong problem and change management disciplines.
8.Good communication skills both verbally and written. Team player.
