2、解决公司内部用户各种网络使用的疑问;
3、网络及公司办公设备的维护以及问题的处理。
职位要求:
1、计算机相关专业大学以上学历;
2、有相关IT部门技术支持工作经验者佳,良好的英语沟通能力;
3、准确的判断和高效解决问题的能力;
4、精通Microsoft Windows , Active Directory and Lotus Notes服务器操作系统,有LotusNotes开发经验者更佳;
5、精通精通Networking, VPN and DNS/DHCP services客户端操作系统及各类办公应用软件;
6、熟悉firewall, security and storage technologies,具有Nokia, Checkpoint, MS SQL products 经验者优先
Responsibility:
1.Support the Corporate Directory services
2.Support the AD-Integrated DNS and WINS environment
3.Provide user support liaison & escalation point for Active Directory, E-mail, Blackberry and Instant Messaging services
4.Provide fault diagnosis and resolution of software faults on the desktop and hardware faults, software installations and hardware installations
5.Provide flexible work hours to meet the demands of the IT department of the company.
Requirements:
1、Technical Diploma or Degree in Computer Science
2、A quick learner, easy going, organized self-motivated, inquisitive, problem-solver with strong written and verbal communication skills
3、Strong customer service orientation
4、A team player with an aptitude to use initiative whilst complying with standards & procedures
