职位描述：
    Responsibilities:
    - Supervise a team of order coordinators to handle order processing and shipping documents such as PO/IIS/ASN.
    - Check PO and send to account manager for approval.
    - Monitor order coordinators to work efficiently and maintain database for easy access and information sharing.
    - Monitor order coordinators to make sure PO/order status are well updated in Oracle.
    - Monitor QC daily report and alert order coordinators if necessary.
    - Evaluate current work of order coordinators and discuss the work allocation with account manager.
    - Assist team colleagues to solve problems.
    - Answer customer enquiry and send quote for repeated orders.
    - Send weekly reports to customers for updating order/shipment status.
    - Prepare ad-hoc reports requested by customers.

    Requirements:
    1)Experienced in US shipment.
    2)Exposure with orders to major stores.
    3)Proficient in English and Mandarin.
    4)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5)Good supervisory skills.
    6)Well-organized, detail-minded and hardworking.
    7)Hands on experience in Word/Excel and email.
    8)Experience with Oracle or SAP will be an advantage.
