Sales Coordinator(OJP GC0203414):


Job Summary

Job Scope :
To coordinate and support sales activities in BJ GSS team.

Major Activities/Responsibilities :
- weekly roadmap collection & consolidation, prepare pipeline for
the respective team
- coordinates with the respective sales team & OA on weekly backlog cleaning
- tender preparation logistics support
- provides administrative services to GSS team
- types and proofreads letters, complex reports, presentations, proposals
- coordinates team\'s activities e.g. meetings, seminars, events
- make decisions and recommendations based on company policies;
exercise independent judgement in planning, scheduling and
organizing work assignments;
- handles phone requests, provides information to callers or directs them to
the appropriate personnel
- coordinate and support both internal and external sales events and training
- Answer the customer and partner inquiries
- Update the sales activities schedule for the supported sales team

Qualifications :

- University graduate with 5 or more years relevant work experience
- Possesses good administrative, sales coordination, interpersonal,
organizational & communication skills
- able to multiple task, self-initiative & work under minimum supervision
- must be computer literate and familiar with PC word processing, presentation,
and spreadsheet software (eg. StarOffice)
- good team player
